Blistering Winds Valley

The valley dominates much of Blistering Winds territory as it constitutes for nearly everything that isn’t mountain. The valley begins at the base of the mountains and stretches out towards their border with the Tribe of Glittering Dew in rolling green hills. Unlike the meadows and fields of the other territories, Blistering Wind's valley is marred by large clusters of rocky outcrops, jutting up from the grass like great jagged teeth. These rock clusters, while providing shade and habitat for potential prey species, also break up the wind that would otherwise tear through the valley, making Blistering Wind's territory that much more hospitable and pleasant. The valley is home to the largest variety of prey – prairie birds and small to mid-sized mammals being prime amongst these – but also the easiest for predator species to spot the Tribe cats. Birds of prey, wolves, fox and bear being the prime amongst these. A small creek spills from the waterfall that Blistering Winds makes their camp behind, winds through the valley as it makes its way south to the falls and ocean beyond.
