AshClan's Meadow

Near the southern border of AshClan's territory, not far from a barn off-territory that is sometimes populated with loners, a bright, sunny meadow breaks up the trees. The grasses here are, for the most part, not particularly long, only coming up to the average cat's shoulder. Scrubby shrubs grow among the grasses, and in greenleaf, wildflowers dot the green expanse. AshClan cats can attempt to catch rabbits here, though they are typically not as successful as a BreezeClanner might be. Fieldmice, voles, shrews, lizards, and grass snakes are common, though reptiles are considerably less appetizing to AshClan's sensibilities. Cats can also bring down ground birds if they are lucky; a nice pheasant or partridge will feed a few cats. Little cats must beware of birds of prey, though, as they have been known to try to carry away cats in the past. Foxes, badgers, and bears are also sighted often in the meadow. Large animals like deer and elk are also not unheard of here, and cats steer clear of these as well; one good kick can kill a cat, but if you have a big enough patrol, you can carefully try to hunt them for the whole Clan to be full.
